same is my case. my visa office is delhi but i got my medical done in saint lucia.they send the report in the nearest country. how far have u reached???have u submitted ur passport
Same with me, my visa office was in Australia and my medical done in Manila...Manila will sent it to Singapore. As per cic in Australia in will take 6-8 weeks before they can received it from Singapore.........
Actually, my advise to u guys is to 'stop worrying' about the subject. The DMPs r well aware about their steps. Once u give them the med forms [that which came to u from the CHC], relax. Let the DMP take care of it thereon.
Rest assured the results will go to the right place. The DMPs do it all the time. And let me assure u that those results r placed 'online'. So, wherever your VO is, he'll know. BTW, once u r Ok with the meds, nothing will go wrong. Take my word for it.
What if the medical request comes while i'm in X country (working), my wife is in Y country (home country on vacation)and our son/daughter is in Z country (For education). Do CHC give separate forms for everyone so that they search for DMPs in respective country and proceed for medical or the whole family has to be together to go for medical in a single country?

There is no necessity that the whole family has to do the meds together. However, it is wise to do it so & send it as one package... just for the ease at the CHC end.
Yes, all family member may do their respective meds in diff cities/countries. And yes, they'd need those forms as well. So, how to go about it?
1. If possible arrange to send the med forms to each [courier, post, by hand delivery... anyway]
2. If not possible, just fax/email them their copies. With that the DMP will be able to issue *fresh ones.
*All DMPs have those forms. All they need is to affix the photos, write the personal details [including the File No.] & fill-in the results. Off course they'd need an authority to do so... that faxed/emailed copy serves that purpose.
