Hi guys!

Yesterday I received an email from Beijing Visa Office, asking for police certificate, medical, RPRF and passport altogether. But they did not give me detailed instructions on how to do the medical exam, will they send me a form by mail to take to see the doctor?
Or do I need to contact the doctor by myself and show the doctor the email I received?
Plus, how to I pay the RPRF? just write a check?
So not clear about what to do next, Could anyone help me please?

Thank you very much!

Your Visa office will need to send email with separate forms for every member on your application with his/her own IME number.
You can call/email - URGENT /case-specific-enquiry/ to your VO if you have not got those personalized forms.

That form needs to be provided to the doctor at the time of medicals.
I suggest you prefer to go to e-Medical centre rather than older centers which were paper based from the list of approved medical centres.
Remember there is a deadline to complete the medicals (normally 30 days) from that email.

Thank you very much! The VO sent me the medical form after I emailed them.
