Dear ALL,

I have a question about timing of medical exam

Shall the applicant (sponsored) do the medical exam while the sponsorship/application is being processed? so that when at the time (a few months later) immigrantion asking for the exam, it will be already ready at that time. Also, please kindly provide the link that we can download the medical exam form (at least I havent not seen the exam form during filling application form)

thanks

Jimmy

Medicals should be done BEFORE sending the complete application.
After that - don't do another medical before the visa office asks for one. They might ask you for a re-medical if needed, or extend your medicals... or ask you for a partial one. So - wait for instructions from them.

There is no form for you to fill out. The doctor has all the forms, he will give you a form to include in your application showing that you have done the medicals, and with a reference number - that's all you need.

we havent done that before the App sent out. So now, we will have to wait till they ask

You are supposed to submit proof of medical exam along with your outland application to CPC-Mississauga.

If you don't do the medical upfront, CPC-M may declare your application incomplete, and send the entire thing back to you to re-do.

thanks Rob,

Exactly, today, i just learned from consultant, that up-front medical exam is mandatory!!!, which i thought it was optional (which I thought it is better to up-front), and I am wrong!!!, now, i have to hold on my entire package, and wait for my wife finish the exam and mail to me in Canada.

thanks

Jimmy
