About letter supposedly sent by CIC

We have the following entries in our CIC application log

""We received your application for permanent residence on June 29, 2015.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on August 11, 2015.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on September 2, 2015.
We started processing your application on August 11, 2015.
We sent you medical instructions on September 24, 2015. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
We sent you correspondence on December 21, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.""

BUT TO DATE WE HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED ANY LETTER .....What is this supposed to mean? Please help! Share with us your experience ....I don't know where to put my head....can't stop thinking that something is wrong!

Have you verified that CIC has your correct email and mailing address?

Missing one email/letter is bad, but missing all of them, is really bad.

You should call CIC ASAP, before your application is jeopardized for not responding to their letters, within their allotted time frame.

They have our address....
We did even send them an e-mail to querry about this situation ... they have directed our querry to the Paris bureau.
We leave in France and it is difficult even impossible to get them on the phone.

Did you include an e-mail address to send correspondence to? If you did, you probably won't get an actual letter. The e-mail (if you received it) is the letter.

Check your spam folder and make sure that cic.gc.ca is on the whitelist.

I am a refugee outside of Canada, recently had an interview ,my online application status shows decision made. I received a letter that indicated my application is rejected. on my online application status it shows a new message as

We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s)
We sent you medical instructions on . To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.


I am not sure if this is a mistake on IRCC website ... I am very confused,
please help
