About Full time work in Canada after study

Dear Sir/Madam,

Student finished his one year program in April 2018 in Canada and took admission in another program in Sept, 2018 intake. Can he do full time work in between this free time from May till July, 2018.

can u let me know about how to calculate the points of internationl siklled Manitoba graduate students for EOI AND if someone''s real brother move from BC to MB who is already PR then main applicant can get additional 200 point for him
