I used my york university offer to apply a four-year length study permit which is from 23.08.2011 to 01.12.2015,
but I transfered from york universtiy to seneca college in 2014 and i did not tell cic that, so for the institution shows on my study permit which is still the york university.
therefore, for my situation, if i apply for a new study permit use my transcript and school letter from the seneca college in next month, will the cic refuse my application ?
