As per CIC website :

If it is not in English or French, you must send it with:

the English or French translation and
an affidavit from the person who completed the translation and
a certified photocopy of the original document

I got multiple copies of the document (not photocopies, real copies on official paper) so I will send the original. Then I would not need to have a notarized/certified copy?

I plan to send : original of translation, affidavit, and original document. Is that correct?

As long as it has been translated in English or French you are good to go with what you have

IF you send the original document then you do not need to provide a true copy. You do notarized true copies only if you send a photo copy of the document. However, Police certificate should be original (not a copy).
