About canada study visa

Sir i am from punjab and i get overal. 6 band in ielts (R 6.5 L 6.5 W 5 S 5 ) .....can i apply for saskatchewan polytechnic in regina canada?????? and i have 3 year gap after study , in those days i worked for cable company . Is gap is acceptable in canada study visa.??

IELTS score is too law. You should have 6.5. with no less than 6 in each band.

if you have been working all that time then CIC does not care.

Another question is what level of education you already have and what diploma/degree you are looking to get in Canada?
