This is about additional family information form.I am about to send my final application so I request from all of you specially Rupesh to help.
We are five in all.
1. main applicant, (myself)
2. wife
3. one child above 18
4. 2 children below 18
Do we have to fill 3 forms seperately, each for myself, spouse and 18 yr above child?
if we have to use three forms (in section A) where should my spouse write her name (as applicant or spouse) on her form.
Similarly where will 18 yr old child write his name?
Yes, you have to fill in 3 separate forms. The person who is filling up the form will be the 'Applicant.' For eg., in your wife's form, she will be the applicant and you will be the spouse. In your child's form, he will be the applicant. From what I have read from the posts about this before, the Principal Applicant and the Applicant here are not the same.
from what i have read, Charmeuse is perfect in her answer.
I think the reason for each person filling as applicant is that later if your family decide to sponsor your wife's parents then CIC has a record who the extended family is. I think that could be one reason.
