Hello!
I have applied for GCMS Notes as the processing time for my PR application has exceeded 6 months. It's going to be almost 2 months that I have applied for the notes. I do know know any number that I can dial to get information on this delay. I have sent a query to the ATIP's email address. No help! I just received an automated email which just informed me that they were going through some exceptional circumstances (!) and would not be able to meet service standards.
What should I do? Is there a way to reach them?
