I already have a EE profile where I am the first applicant and my wife is the second applicant. Our CRS is 312.

Query 1)Can I apply for another EE profile where my wife will be the first applicant and I will be the second??In this case our point will be 340.

Another query 2), my wife has 2 yr of working exp in banking in last 10 yr but it was 7 year back. Will she get any point for this?Is it mandatory to have a presently working profile??

1) You can absolutely do that.
2) No one can better answer the truth than creating the profile. Please go ahead and do it.
