Guys, I am an April CEC applicant. Today when I organize my old documents I found in the background declaration form I submitted to CIC, I ticked Section 6 (whether having criminal records etc) with all YES, which I should tick all of them NO. This is a terrible mistake as you can imagine. I really appreciate any advice from seniors to see whether I may correct this mistake.

Don't worry fill out the background declaration form duly signed then scan and email to CPC with explanation letter how you checked yes at first place. Always have your documents check or proofread with someone else to minimize the error or delay in future. Best of luck.
Thank you so much for the response! Could you tell me which email address I sbould contact them? Since this document requires signature, do I need to send them an original copy by post?
