I came to know a student has to show the 6 months back statement for student visa. I have 20 lacs taka FDR and FDR opening date was July 2012. Do I need to wait till December 2012 to apply for the visa since its 4 months I have opened the FDR account? I have already received acceptance letter from University of Winnipeg for 1 year postgraduate diploma. I have paid the full tuition fees of the course. I will gratefull if someone provide me the above information. Thanks
The funds mentioned in the bank statement must be as old as 4-6 months as a standard maturity period. In your case, you have maintained funds since July 2012 and now it is November 2012. It means, you have kept your funds to get mature for at least past 4 months. I think your statement is mature enough and you should go ahead without waiting anymore...
Thanks brother for the reply...I have already completed my Masters and currently working as a Manager in a Telecommunication company in Bangladesh. I want to get the PR under PNP program. Can u suggent me is it a good idea or not? another thing, is advance payment of the full tuition fees increase the chance of the VISA? thanks
