A question about working hours for international student

Considering an international student who is working 20 hr/week.
Apart from that job can he have an online job as well to earn extra money? is it legal?

so your aim is to jeopardize everything u r working towards and studying to become, to earn a few extra bucks online. seems irrational.
students will do all such things and then when they get a PGWP less than expected they will cry.
its very simple. just follow your study permit rules. keep life easy and legal.

what I meant was online tutoring for students living in other countries. I do not want to exceed rules that is why I am asking.
