I am in a delima and need some advice. I have been requested to send my passport for stamping. I am not married but in a relationship, She is in India and finishing her MBA, I am working in the UK. We want to get married after she completes her MBA which is around 1 year from now.
I cant leave my job at the moment as I am on a contract until March 2010, if I break that I will loose my bonus which is a lot of money. I am planning to land in Canada get my Pr card and come back to UK to finish my contract. I then want to go to India get married and move to Canada. What will be process to get a visa for my spouse in this circumstance.
