When using the online portal to renew your PR card, do you have to upload photos of the front and back of your current PR card? I uploaded the front of my wife's PR card and it won't allow me to upload the back.

When uploading the Document checklist, should I print it off and write "N/A" on sections that don't apply? Or just save it and upload straight from the PDF reader?
