Okay, so I coming up to the end of my University career... will be earning a B.S. in Sustainable Development and am strongly considering moving back to Toronto, the city I was born in, and finding a job there.
I was born in Burlington, ON but moved when I was only 3 years old. I grew up in the U.S. (North Carolina) but have been a "dual-citizen" since birth as my Mother is American. I've grown up in between being a true Canadian and and true American my whole life...it's been quite strange but I think it's time to fulfill a lifelong dream of mine, move back up North. I will be 23 in May FWIW
My question, since I was born in Canada (and am a dual-citizen of Canada and the U.S.) am I free to move back up to Canada w/ no obligations? What's the process ?

All you need is proof of your citizenship, passport, birth certificate and you will be waived through. If you are bringing goods, you will need a declaration, and if it is a car look at www.riv.ca for importing it. And http://www.cbp.gov/xp/cgov/trade/basic_trade/export_docs/motor_vehicle.xml for exporting it. Then you go to Service Canada and apply for a SIN.
