As I withdrew my case in JUNE 2011,got letter from Sydney,in September 2010 that we will get refund in 4-6 weeks.but nothing then I sent them inquiry in July 2011 and then they sent an e-mail to my previous consultant whom I withdrew last year.but this time to my inquiry letter to Sydney in July 2011 they replied to my previous consultant that I would have to fill the undertaking and indemnity form for loss cheque and send them to my consultant.
My question is that should I send filled form to my previous consultant or directly to Sydney,Canada by my self for lost cheque of my refund?
Need guidance.............
