I have a Diploma in Software Engineering issued by a local institution. After completion, I started my career and after few years I completed a BSc while working. My questions:
Is the work experience considered only after the graduation?
Or in Other words: What is the exact academic requirements - (Specially the start date) that Visa officers would look for Software Engineering? I found this Software engineering job classification details page . But it does not mention about when the academic qualifications should have been completed before starting the career.
Can I provide my work experience from the time I completed my Diploma?
If yes, how the WES would evaluate it? Will Visa officers would consider or accept my diploma ?

3. WES doesn‘t evaluate work experience just your diploma. For EE, all they want to see is that you have one year continuous skilled work experience in one NOC. For EE, education and work experience doesn’t need to match. For PNP, see 1.

1. I looked for SINP. I read Software Engineers' eligibility requirements. But they do not mention whether the experience is counted from the graduation( or after any any academic course completion) or not. Any one can start their job without any academic certification first and later he can be graduated or gain academic knowledge. Even in such conditions, can the full years of work experience be provided ?

When I provide my diploma certificates provided by local PRIVATE institution( no connection to Government) to WES, Would WES evaluate it? because, My BSc can be easily evaluated with my Degree certificates, transcripts and their numbers/indexes/student ID s directly with the University and internationally recognized. But I can't assume the local institute has the same establishment/standard.
My Education match with my job and the NOC. I have 65 score (Calculated from my BSc work experience). If my full years of work experience is calculated, then poits will be increase to 67.

1. Both my diploma and BSc are in Software Engineering.
2. Through out my career, I am a software engineer ( Associate engineer, Engineer, SSE)

You can apply but you should start the licensing process now if you think you will get a nomination. What is your SINP score. If you get a nomination then you will not have enough time to get APEGS license as it takes many months to process. You would have to decline the invitation without a license.
