It's been a little more than 90 days since I formally withdrew my application to enter Canada. I moved back in with family and got a steady full-time job to maximize income and keep myself busy. Like I mentioned in the previous posts, The CBSA Officer didn't charge me with living in Canada as a Permanent Resident without Documentation and instead allowed me to withdraw and leave Canada. A few weeks after I had left, I received a letter from the NEXUS program Canadian office and they said that I would not lose my nexus privileges but any subsequent violations would 100% results in revocation of NEXUS status.
I crossed into Canada a few days ago because I had taken Scylla's advice to wait at least 3 months before trying to cross into Canada. I took the NEXUS lane and didn't have any issues getting in.
How should I broach the subject of me living in Canada for that long? Obviously I shouldn't just completely ignore it. At the time we were teetering between whether I should file inland or outland and I didn't have enough time. I am just hoping that won't create more problems for the application.'
