8 MONTH PART TIME STUDY AFTER FINAL (4th Semester)(PGWP)

Hi, I need help regarding PGWP approval.

I did a part-time study after my last (4th) semester. I have a course pending from my first semester and I didn't pass it until my last 4th semester. actually I carry 2 courses in the end because of its pre-request with a second-semester course.

after my 4th semester, my college allows me to did both together on special requests but unfortunately, I failed in one again and I took a total of 2 semesters (8 months) Part-time to complete my graduation.

Now I heard that it create a problem in the PGWP because it's not allowed to do part-time studies.
but I had no way to remain full-time because I already completed all subjects in regular semesters and have to remain part-time for those remain ones.

Now my study permit expired and waiting for an extension to apply PGWP.

Are you still in school or now completed your study? Is there any reason why you didn't apply to extend your permit before it expired?

I did apply during my study (1 month before the expiry date) its expired during my last course period. now i have done my study in December

not yet because my college need a valid study permit for that si i waiting for approval of study permit extension, I got my name in the graduation list

You would have been fine if you completed the 2 courses in one part time semester because it is allowed to be part time in last semester only but you took 2 part time semesters so there might be issues, try and explain in your PGWP application and hope for the best.
