Hi, i came to Canada on 27 May, and i am supposed to stay for 6 months, but then i heard that, it might be 180 days instead of 6 months. So, if it is only 180 days, i will have to leave before 20 November, if it is 6 months, i will have to leave before 27 November. It might sound silly because it is only 7-days different, but seriously, does anyone have any ideas, if it should be 6 months or 180 days stay?
well...nothing, just a stamp indicates the date i came to canada (i.e. 27 May 2010)
so, i should have 6 months or 180 days.
i m just confused if it really means 6 whole months or 180 days....
6 months, not 180 days! Trying using the tool online to assess whether you are eligible for an extension without restoration of status. Experiment with the dates; you can see for yourself.
dude, you are a joke. digging out a 11 year old post to type this foolishness. An year has 365-366 days, so 6 months can be 182 or 183 days, so the original poster is asking if he is allowed to stay back for the extra 2-3 days or not. Your math is terrible.
You have to give a significant reason (medical reason) written by Doctor. I have read some think resulting in https://inchtofeet.net/. which is quite helpful.
