Hello, I am in Canada on a 6 month work permit as a religious worker. I am planning to get married on January 12, 2019 and my work permit expires on January 24, 2019. When I came to Canada I was given a letter by the embassy and was told to submit it once I go back to India to the embassy before my work permit expires. Since I am getting married in Canada, I am applying for change in status then filing my inland spousal application. Am I able to go back to India and submit the letter and come back to Canada if im on teporary visa?
