Hi,

I am currently in Toronto, Canada. My Work Permit is expiring in Sept-2020, I have already applied for a visa extension

My wife has an open work permit & my son & daughter have a student visa and they are in India currently and their Canadian visa is valid till 06/Aug/2020

They are planning to travel to Canada (from India) on 31/July/2020, At the time of entry in Canada, they will be left with only 6 days of visa validity.

Will Canada immigration allow her to enter in Canada with just 6 days of Visa validity?

So they have valid TRVs, but you haven't taken any steps to renew or extend their permits? CBSA might admit them as visitors and/or advise them to change status if necessary. There's no 'general prediction' for the situation you've described.
