I am curious about how to answer these questions 24 and 25 on IMM 5490.
Is maintaining contact about how we keep in touch since our marriage or including time before we were married? We live together since the wedding and are always talking. Before the wedding we didn't live more than 20 minutes apart. Is that all we need to write?
What other information should be include? We have phone records and our message lists.
Thanks in advance.

Questions 24 and 25, just want to know about how often you visited each other include a statement saying when you fist started dating you only lived 20 mins apart, also if you are now in different countries has either of you visited each other in their country. The evidence for these questions would be things like plane bus train tickets, rental car receipts, gas receipts along a route if your are driving, entry visa, stamps in passport etc... Phone records and messages list are evidence you will send in to back up your application as a whole.
So for question 24 and 25 would we put yes? Because we didn't really visit each other in the way they explain it. We were always meeting and lived in the same city. We still live in the same country. We don't have evidence of visas, flights, or tickets. We don't have bus tickets or anything. We walked mostly.

Just write that to explain. You live together now and so u talk in person everyday. Prior to that u lived 20 minutes apart so u walked to each others' houses and talked in person everyday.
Exactly. They both give you space for an explanation so use it. I met my partner whilst in Canada on a working holiday and after almost four years I have still not left Canada, so I just explained that. The question is really set up for those that are not together seeing as it is outland forms, so as long as you use the space to explain your situation then you will be fine.
i checked yes and wrote this for questions #24 & 25, what do you guys think???
"We spent December 16, 2006 to April 26, 2008 in a long distance relationship. For this period of time, neither of us visited each other due to the costs of flying overseas. However for the most part of our relationship, we have lived in the same city and at the same residence. As such, except for the period we spent apart during our long distance relationship of approximately 1.5 years, we have spent all other time together. "
