How can i apply for a multiple 5 year entry visa to canada. I do not wish to relocate. I just wnat to apply for a 5 year multiple entry visa to visit 3 weeks a year.
 
All applications are now considered for multiple entry visas but is at discretion of visa officer if someone gets one.http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=417&top=16
