Hi.
Friend of mine applied for visitor visa for Canada from India and did not disclose the previous USA refusal.He was handed down 5 years ban . is there any solution or he will just have to wait for 5 years , please advise , thanks in advance

He will have to wait out the ban.

Agreed. No options or chances to come to Canada for 5 years and will probably have a negative effect on future applications.
