The normal schedule could be 2 draws per month. Yet, there can also be CEC or Caregiver specific draws on the remaining two weekends of any given month. We'v seen one CEC specific draw last month. It didn't happen back in January 2015.
One ray of hope is that they might have weekly draws for the first few months as they are already playing catch up: the first 4 draws have been very small considering the immigration targets CIC have outlined for 2015 so they might keep doing them weekly until they are up to speed. Am I right in saying that the first 2 draws were on Saturday and the 3rd and 4th were on Friday? If so it will be interesting to see what happens this friday at 12 UT
My prediction would be 10-12Th March and 700 points would be minimum cutoff. If the cutoff falls below 700 then it would go down to 530 directly as scores between 560-695 are just not possible to achieve. Beyond the scores falling to 530 the further decrease in CRS points cut off would be very marginal, as most of the people in the pool are at scores between 350-500 and with every point drop there would be a significant number of applicants in the pool, and even not to forget all the fresh applicants in the pool with LMIA's and job offers(as job bank would be operational by April hopefully)
