5 Months old TRV application, Canada Immigration Delhi office

I have applied for my Canada TRV on 2 August 2018, i have USA B1/B2 visa already and traveled to USA three times. There is no reply from Canada Immigration, Delhi based office.
Can anyone update me about their application process timining who applied after me?

Similar is mine case. I alongwith my wife applied TRV on 20th August 2018. Till date no update. We also applied on line.
Status showing, we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements. We visited USA two times. Our son is in Canada on PR and daughter is in USA as citizen.
Why taking so much time. Sent emails two times and also web inquiry but no response.
Shall appreciate if any body helps?

2. Have you or your wife previously worked/currently work in the defense services, police, a government department, judiciary, etc?

I got a new reply:

Visa application, tracking ID No. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX - Your processed decision envelope has been collected from the Canada Visa Application Centre in NEW DELHI, on 18/01/2019.

What does this mean? someone has also received this type of reply.
