20 Single Bachelor degree, as you didn't get a Master or PHD. or second Bachelors.

is it a postgraduate diploma like the ones that lead to a masters if you spend one more year or is it the postgraduate diploma like the ones at IIM, which is equivalent to a masters?

It is like neither. It is post graduate diploma of 2 years and it's not like you do 1 more year and get a masters. Would it make any difference for the scoring for immigration though?????......I think I shall be getting 20 points only. What you are thinking is probably in terms of job prospects and its equivalence to canadian education.......
