Hi, I have a total of 18 years of education. 4-year formal bachelor's degree followed by a 2-year master's degree. However, the eligibility criteria for an admission in the second degree indicates a 2-year bacherlor's degree only (minimum 14 years of education). My question is two-fold:
1. Is IQAS ECA given on a case-to-case basis? I have 18 years of formal education but others who enrolled in the same master's program might not have this much.
2. Will I get a master's ECA from IQAS? If no, which ECA body should I select?
