4 weeks and no AOR??

Anyone has a recommendation ? Online Application from Nov 15!

I called IRCC, the agent said they see my application on the system. They seemed confused as to why I did not get an AOR. They said the application is complete but the agent cannot do anything. The agent even said "it might be because of the holidays..." even though we are not even mid-Dec.

I am pretty sure this is a glitch in the system amd my application was simply missed. Straightforward application, no implied status, no time before PR etc.

Not sure what to do now. I wish they could simply cancel it and I would apply again as AOR takes less than 10 days these days.

Any similar experience or recommendations please let me know.

Ask them to share the application number. With that and UCI you can track the application.

Thank you! They did give me an application number but it starts with XC. I thought I could log in to the tracker with it but could not. From what I understand the "XC" means it is a temporary number (before AOR). I was not able to log in to the tracker with this number.

Have you been able to log in with an XC number ?

It should start with C00
Keep calling, some helpful agent would help get your file processed to AOR stage.
