388 points , but still not eligible for express entry

Hello All,

I created an express entry profile few days back. After the creation of profile, I received a message saying that my profile is not eligible to be in the pool.

But as I calculated my points on the evaluation tool, I have 388 points. Can someone please provide some inputs on what made me ineligible despite that score.

Also, I have a profile created in Mon Projet Quebec (Quebec Skilled Worker Program), from August 2016 intake. Could this be a possible reason of me getting ineligible for express entry.

Please share your inputs.

Check if you are getting 67 points or more on the FSW stream
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-factors.asp

If you are under 67 then you are not eligible for EE as far as I know
