I have submitted my online visa application on 4th October(Also biometrics on 5th October). It has been 34 days simce i have submitted. I have due date for first Semester fee as 15th November. Average response time is 3 weeks for Ankara.
This is my second study visa application and at first i got refusal on 6th day 4 months ago.
My status is like below;

I have contacted to consular via IRCC Web form and e-mail but no response yet.
