Please help if someone is having knowledge about WES Credentials Evaluation as it states that my 3 years bachelor's degree is equal to four years in Canada so will it be considered by Canadian univerisites for MBA?

No, it won't be considered as equivalent to 4 years degree. WES evaluation is not required for admission purpose.
