3 Questions for Common-Law Sponsorship Visa

Hello.

I am a Korean who lives with a Canadian girlfriend in Montreal, Quebec.
I have 3 questions that occurred during filling out the forms.
It would be amazing if you guys can help me out.

1. I was living in New Zealand and Australia for more than 6 months in the past 5 years.
Do I have to submit a police certificate? If so, which form and where do they ask?

2. This might be a silly question. But Do I only provide 2 photos of me? (Principal Applicant) or my common-law partner as well?

3. JOINT BILL

We have a joint account but no joint bill. How do we prove this? For instance, Hydro Quebec or Wifi don't have any joint bill options.
The wifi bill is in my name although we pay out of our common credit card.

yes you will have to provide police certificate from New Zealand and Australia
also a joint bank account or utility bill or internet bill. in my case, my utility just added my spouse in it, and that's it.
you can also get a QC ID indicating the same address.

Thanks for your reply.But where exactly they ask to get the police certifications(other than the country where I currently live and the country where I spend the most of my time since 19)?

Also, you added your spouse name on your utility bill? I didn't find that option in Quebec hydro. Can you specify for me?

I live in AB. I called and they modified it within an hour and sent me the bill with her name on it. easy peasy
