Hello!

I have been in Canada for 3 years now and i have gone out only once for one month. Does that mean I can apply? or do i have to wait for 2 more years for it to be 5 years total?

If you have been in Canada for 3 years as a PR, You can apply 5 Nov 2017 onward, provided all other requirements have been met...
