3 days less than a Year Work Experience

Dear Members,
I understand that one needs to have a full-time one-year continuous work experience in order to be eligible for Express Entry. I have 3 days less than a year work experience, What should I do now?
-Should I get a new job or paid internship in the same NOC, will that new experience be counted with my old experience?
or
-Do I need to get one-year continuous work experience from another company?

Is it Canadian or foreign work experience?
Also how many hours per week u used to work?
