3 copies of schedule 1??

yeah - it seems to me like this is a pretty minor mistake/omission as these things go. I have no idea why they require three copies - maybe they prefer to send the originals to CSIS (or whoever) for the background check?? I don't see why official CIC copies wouldn't be ok in that kind of situation, but what do I know...

Could very well be. Maybe they ask for 3 copies so we can help them save some time by copying it for them? Haha, who knows. But if so many people are forgetting to send it, clearly it can't be the worst mistake.
