2nd Medical Exams

So after about 19 months after we submitted our file, CIC wants us to do another Medical Exam.
Does anybody know:

1) Do we need to undergo the same medical exam we did the first time (blood test, chest X-ray etc.)? or is it shorter?
2) does it cost the same?

1. It's the same medical.

2. Cost depends on the medical office.
