i am very confused. I got the 2nd AOR from singapore VO. with a new file number. which includes a line that " we received your application whiCh was­ initially submitted to the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia. The CIO recommended your application for further assessment at a visa office and sent you a letter requesting that you submit a complete application package to this office. We have now received your submission."

my question is do i need to submit my application again? cause i have sent the application along with all supporting documents.

No, not at all. You've to wait as they will review your application. Based on your File number from VO, you can check your current status. The link is here

Mind it it starts with B not b and after no space 9 digits. And of course, it is VO provided file number. If you still cannot get access, contact VO.

Online E-case is not CASE Sensetive, you can type B in Caps letter or small b doesn't matter , it's true that NO SPACE in filenumber so you can type "B012345678" or "b012345678" doen't matter.
To check E-case online make sure your rest of all information which you mentioned in your application (your name, DOB, country of birth).

i tried every possible step but it doesnt work. i can access the ecas with my previous file number & the UCI number. just checked about these.
