I submitted my profile to EE and was deemed not to meet the minimum requirement of 67/100 for FSW. Below is the information I submitted:
Languages Test: IELTS L: 8.5 R: 9.0 W: 7.0 S: 6.5 Point manually added up to 23
Education: ECA by WES (Master's Degree) 23 Points
Age: 28 12 Points
Spouse Factor: 10 Points (My wife worked and studied in Canada)
Work Experience: My Occupations are Data Engineer and System Integration Engineer, both not listed specifically in the NOC list so I used 2173 Software Engineer as my occupation. I also worked as Data Analyst for a couple of years, so I used 2171 for my work experience. I have been working for 4 years so according to the information I should receive 11 points.
I totalled 79/100 and should meet the minimum requirements.
Should The NOC i put for my work experience be incorrect or should I use only one NOC for all of my years of experience?

So in my case it would be better to use 2171 as NOC for all my job? Since Data Engineer was not listed in the NOC but the job description is similar to 2171 and 2173 should I still use those or a different NOC
Use only what will give you points... If you have 3 complete years with 2171 use just that... You don't even need to mention about 2173 while creating your EE profile.
