I have applied for notes, MP also contacted them and recently the agent directly msgd officer because my application has been sitting idle in Sydney office and no one and touched it or started any LPP process since August.

It's odd as your background is complete and there is no movement for close to 6 months. Could be a case of assigned to a not working officer.
