I think the worst part is there's no way to talk to anyone from the actual office that processes your file. Everything goes through the call center and depending on who you get at the call center, you may or may not get an helpful answer. Further, even if you get a helpful agent who is willing to put in a note in the system for follow up, if the processing office/agent doesn't respond, there's very little that the call center can do about it. It's really a flawed system.
I filled out web form for update and they said that it is within correct timeline right now
At times they say you are not authorized to ask info on behalf of child so I filled out representative form.
Then they emailed me you don't need representative form as you are mother of a minor. Lol
