I got AOR from the federal government but I didn't receive a mail saying I should continue with midi, when I can do that??

2 Financial Capacity Evaluation form (A-0535-A) completed and signed
by you and your cosignatory, if any,
Original
All required documents listed in the Appendix of form A-0535-A in addition
to complementary items of proof corresponding to your situation.

You have to complete Kit A (without financial requirements): https://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/forms/search-title/undertaking-application/kit-a.html
The one with financial requirements is when you sponsor a child, parent or other relative.
So practically you have to compete the the following forms:
1. formulaire d'engagement
2. Documents à soumettre à l’appui de la demande d’engagement
3.Demande de sélection permanente
4.Payment by credit card

In case your wife or you have been married before , you have to complete this too: 5. Autorisation pour la cueillette et la communication de renseignements personnels

I guess you can call IRCC and see what’s going on. And if you don’t get any update for next 4 weeks then you can request GCMS notes and in the bottom of last page will let you know if there is any obstruction in your file.
Sometimes just requesting gcms notes can trigger the processing because before they send you the notes, case officier review the file first, “”that’s something which I have read in various forums about gcmc notes”” .... Hope that helps!

It seems that they cannot meet the 25 working days anymore.

No, I got my CSQ AOR on June 13 but haven’t received CSQ yet. From the given link, it seems like they are processing may 15 submitted application at the moment whereas I submitted my CSQ application on May 30th. So I guess we will have to wait another 2-4 weeks.
