It is the average of all the candidates received PER from LVO. Some might get in 40 days and other might get it in 54 days. On average, it is 47 days.

Bro LVO generally starts processing in 6 to 8 weeks but can take up to 90 days from PER
And u can expect MR and any other request any time once processing starts
