Could you please guide me where do i begin.. I have 7+ Y exp in IT, Master degree and I believe that I can reach the required points...
Please clarify some of my doubts...
Could you tell me what is the cut off date that the visa applications will be accepted.?
Where to find the info that how many applications have been received so far?
Can we apply ourselves or should required any consultant assistance ?
Can I submit the IELTS results later ( may be after a month after i sent the applications)?

Ans- To start off.. 1. Book your IELTS exam and 2. Start the process to get your degrees assessed from WES.

Ans- Cut off is on overall cap or subcap on eligible occupations. Where to find the info that how many applications have been received so far?
Ans- Go to cic.gc.ca and search complete-applications Can we apply ourselves or should required any consultant assistance ?
Ans- If you can invest time in reading, go through the Guide 7000 (search in Google). I really don't think a consultant is required. Can I submit the IELTS results later ( may be after a month after i sent the applications)?
Ans- Without IELTS original TRF (Test Record Form), your application will be considered incomplete and rejected.
