Hi. As I will sponsor my husband in year end 2011 when I go back to Canada (I am a PR currently living outside Canada in 2010 and 2011) then i need to file 2010 tax return before April 2011 in order to receive the notice of assessment. Two questions
Q1 I don't have much info. to file such as rental, tuition, employment income, etc. Since i was living outside Canada in 2010. Shall I go ahead to file?
Q2 Any problem to use such notice of assessment as one of mandatory documents for my husband's application in 2011? I mean the 2010 tax return will reflect that I didn't have a job in Canada and they require the sponsor to earn minimum income at the time of filing the application(2011) or the year before filing it(2010)?
