2 years work experience

Hello everyone, just a quick question, I have heard some consultants say that a 3 year work experience stands more chance of getting PR approved. Is it any true that number of years do make a difference? I do know the fact that requirement is of 1 year only, but wanted to confirm the credibility of this claim.
I have 4 years work experience but I only intend to show/claim points for 2 years' work experience as it is relevant to my NOC. Will it create any problem? I am claiming 2 years experience's points and my cutoff is at 442.

you can put it in personal history... but my sugeestion do not put any info what can raise eyebrows u know

So you mean I should not put that employment at all in my application?
