if someone gets 2 year study permit applying for a 2 year course but changes to a 1 year course after landing...will it create problem???

1.) what will be the process for getting the work permit after the 1 year course???

2.) can 2 one year courses be done back to back and get 3 year of work permit???

1. Same procedure. Apply for PGWP and receive 1 year work permit.
